Volunteer Requirements
Depending on your involvement, some roles may require:
Background checks

Special training for mentorship roles
Commitment to Sparrow House values
Volunteer Training
Redeemed offers training every quarter to help prepare volunteers for the realities of serving and interacting with clients coming from hard places. While it is only a requirement for direct care engagements, we highly encourage and welcome every person to attend.
You will learn more about Redeemed Ministries, survivor behaviors, and how to care for yourself and others with a trauma sensitive approach.
We look forward to meeting you there!
